Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Pay Range: $5,250 per month Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position includes full benefits. This is a full-time, exempt, 12-month appointment. This position includes full benefits. Athletic Corporation employees are at-will.
This is a full-time, temporary, exempt position.

Assist the Head Women's Basketball Coach with the coaching and developing a nationally competitive Division I Basketball team. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: coaching student-athletes? recruiting? game management? scouting? academic monitoring? practice organization? summer camps? compliance? travel? In addition to other administrative duties as assigned.
Have strong communication and motivation skills.
Computer and video analysis and breakdown knowledge.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and policies.
Coaching philosophy and teaching concepts must be compatible with those of the Head Coach.
Ability to work cooperatively with coaches, staff, faculty, students, and members of the community.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education or by an equivalent international institution of higher education.
Played collegiate basketball or minimum of five (5) years of experience coaching or managing at the collegiate level.
