Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serving as the primary media contact for 23 varsity sports. The Sports Information Director is responsible for responding to media requests and staffing home and selected away events, supervising statistical crews and other event support personnel. The Sports Information Director will facilitate Sterling's athletic, social media outlets, compile statistics and historical research records.

A qualified candidate must have a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and support the Christian character and mission of Sterling College. The candidate must also possess a clear understanding of and articulate a Christian liberal arts college's essentials.
Bachelors degree in journalism, sports management, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A minimum of two years experience preferred.
