You have the opportunity to be the voice of Fiserv’s ATM and Cash product solutions. You will lead the team to create a vision of the current and future product sets, that ATM, Core Integrated ATMs, Cash Management Tools, Teller Cash recyclers, Merchant cash recyclers, and managed services for each solution. You will provide overall leadership, strategic planning, and oversight of the execution of client communication plans, alignment and education of internal sales and account management teams to ensure successful delivery against product goals. This role will give you the opportunity to exercise a wide variety of skills and experiences as it blends product management, marketing, and relationship management skills.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you can look forward to:
• Owning the ATM and Cash management solutions vision and communication plans. • Facilitate the Go-To-Market plan for ATM Products. • Maintain accountability for quality launches of new functionality (initiatives, enhancement and changes). • Demonstrate partnership with operational teams including Client Servicing, service delivery, documentation and training organizations. • Facilitate the creation of new product materials that encompass the new strategy of the combined product sets. • Provide sales support efforts as necessary to win new business and cross-sell products to existing clients. • Organize and facilitate user groups in collaboration with ATM clients, product and operations.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
• Basic understanding how customers bank and what role ATMs and Cash play as part of bank/credit union distribution strategies. • Experience in creating presentations to support a product vision and road map • Minimum 5 years of product Go To Market experience successfully delivering multiple cross-functional projects including • Client communication plans • Sales Support Strategy • Experience in Financial industry and/or Retail Manufacturing • Ability to travel 40%
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
• Good candidates here have worked at consulting firms • Proven ability to create high fidelity presentations for C-Suite audience • Experience in Pragmatic marketing, ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma
