The Events Coordinator is the primary point of contact for events supporting the Athletics Development unit within the Athletics Department. Utilizing best event planning practices, implements a variety of large- and small-scale events to support the relationship-building and philanthropic goals of the Department. The Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: -Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward AAC donors in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Athletic Development. – Manage and execute benefit level fulfillment and distribution for all current AAC Club members -Manage athletic season ticket outreach and solicitation for all 16 athletic club programs. This includes ticket sales, preparation of sales forms, database entry, seating assignments and parking as it relates to AAC Club Priority -Assist in the planning, staffing, and implementation of special/hospitality events around major university and athletics events. Position will help with assisting the promotion, placement and sales of licensed consumable products. Also assisting in the creative process of licensed consumable products and advancement of said products to marketplace.
