Who we're looking for
We're looking for a sales manager to join our Intermediary Business at Schroders. You'll manage all aspects of the relationship between Schroders and prospective clients & distributors; to achieve sales targets and forward Schroders as a preferred business partner with the retail banks in Hong Kong.
What you'll do
You'll market Schroders funds to prospective clients & distributors by:
developing and implementing sales & product strategies
initiating & developing joint marketing activities or programs with distributors
conducting branch visits & presentation
providing fund and market information
motivating distributors' channels to sell Schroders' funds
handling investors enquiries and distributors hotline
keeping abreast of competitors' products and development in the market

You'll be based in our Hong Kong office and report into the Head of Intermediary Business for Hong Kong.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
Degree graduate with at least 5 to 10 years of track record of institutional sales in a fund house retail bank in Hong Kong
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and enjoys achieving sales forecasts
Proactive and able to adapt in a fast-changing environment
Positive attitude and ability to develop collaborative working relationships with colleagues across the business
