Develops a Relationship Management Process for all corporate partners, donor and premium seat holders.
Executes corporate partnership game day asset execution and manages corporate inventory including but not limited to in game, TV and radio.
Manages PNC Leadership Academy team and is responsible for all asset execution.
Leads all event management and fulfillment opportunities surrounding both athletics fundraising and friend-raising events.
Establishes ongoing relationships with individual & corporate supporters through meaningful contact.
Works with leadership in the Athletic Department to develop goals, objectives, and strategies for athletics programs and special projects.
Maintains a portfolio of corporate partners/prospects along with leadership annual giving and annual giving donors and prospective donors to acquire, retain and grow their support.
Develops effective professional relationships with staff and coaches at the Athletic Department to collaborate on revenue generation and friend-raising strategies.
Develops effective professional relationships with University departments such as Advancement, Alumni Relations, and Corporate & Foundation Relations.
Participates in Athletic and Advancement department meetings, planning sessions, and special project committees as needed.
Works with External Relations on partnership asset execution elements.
Works with Associate Athletic Director for Development and Corporate Partnerships on executing game day hospitality and guest service opportunities for men’s basketball premium seat holders.
Performs occasional travel for major games, tournaments and postseason events Perform occasional travel to visit with alumni and friends in select areas of the country Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in communications, marketing, business, or related field.
1+ years in working in college or professional athletics with direct fundraising, corporate partnerships, or related experience.

Ability to establish effective working relationships, professional rapport, and effectively accomplish work within a university setting that includes a wide array of policies, processes, individuals and groups.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
Experience working with Microsoft Office as well as Adobe InDesign.
Flexibility to plan and implement events on and off campus.
