Together with the Capital Markets leadership team, lead work on our Investment Banking propositions, go to market activities and lead generation
Support the mobilisation of projects and their underlying delivery components; defining scope, progressing initial investment cases, driving key resourcing and planning
Take ownership for delivering important and large programmes for our clients, often as part of broader transformation initiatives
Responsible for setting standards across programmes for correct delivery methodologies and governance.

Experience in leading large Salesforce transformation projects from proposition development to go-live with a focus on Financial Service Cloud, Service Cloud & Sales Cloud; with relevant certifications
Experience managing local and global teams across different time zones.
Experience in understanding, managing and mitigating risk
Knowledge of various Agile development techniques including Scrum, Kanban etc.
Experience of working in Capital Markets - either in Investment Banking or Global Markets, leading front office transformations
