The IPB Condor Squad
The IPB Condor Squad is in charge of delivering a strategic project in the Region, which in our target landscape will be the reference Tool for our Bankers,Â for both Discretionary Portfolio Management and Advisory perimeters.

Your key responsibilities:
Develop a product vision, requirements and road-map in a key area of IPB Investments that focuses on the provision of our advisory and discretionary services
Work closely with the end user / internal clients to plan and prioritize in line with expectation and needs. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value
Work closely squad members to develop business/ technical solutions in line with priorities
Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Act as a leader, instilling confidence to the overall squad and being front-runner and example for the whole team
Development of professional working relationships with various stakeholder groups (Business, GT, External Vendors) across all seniority levels
Your skills and experience:
Wealth Management or Investments experience, in areas such as portfolio management and/or capital markets. At least 14 years in the financial industry, including at least 6 in a leadership position within Change-the-Bank area, facing C-Level Business Stakeholders.
Track record delivering projects roadmaps / large projects preferably under Agile governance.
Excellent understanding of client/user needs, business dynamics and Wealth Management market in general. Able to understand key challenges and how these drive potential solutions. Â Strong ability to manage Stakeholders expectations.
Experience in identifying inefficiencies in the WM value chain and processes, designing solutions and implementing the solution with the support from all relevant stakeholders
Experience in change management activities to increase user adoption and hands-on ideas for adoption support. Able to adapt to moving priorities in a fast pace environment.
Capable to connect the dots beyond own focus area considering end to end processes
Experience leading product and/or cross functional teams â€" this could be expanded more, does this require team lead responsibilities also?
Able to coordinate prioritization in a complex multi-geographical context
Strong product instinct to build great product vision, product roadmap and competitive analysis â€" perhaps add here to say Experience working with product roadmaps etc.
Knowledge and understanding of business/ technical engineering best practices (test driven development, continuous integration, etc.)Â
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at different organisational level with both technical and non-technical peopleÂ
Proven workingÂ ability to influence senior client business and IT executives on transforming towards agileÂ Previous experience of moving between strategic discussions with senior client leaders to tackle on the ground agile coaching with teams
Clear reporting to the Agile Management as well as Business Stakeholders, with timely escalation of Risks and Issues.
Degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent degreeÂ
Proficient in Agile Tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
