We are currently seeking a high calibreÂ professional to join our team as an Associate Director, MNC.
Be the Relationship Manager in the Multinationals team for corporate clients in Singapore, and function as the Regional Relationship Manager for corporates with Regional Treasury operations, covering Asia or ASEAN, from SingaporeÂ
Grow revenues across allocated portfolios, successfully defending existing business in addition to originating new value added revenue streams whilst complying with internal parameters and external regulatory requirementsÂ
Establish a holistic understanding of clients needs and deliver innovative high value solutions across all product lines, gaining sustainable returns for the Group
Identify new business leads and cross sell opportunities through engagement at Treasurer or Chief Financial Officer and if necessary at Chief Executive Officer level and develop a trusted advisor status with key decision makers in order to grow profitable long term relationships
Proactively engage regional Treasurers and Chief Financial Officers on strategic regional dialogue and priorities and market regional cash management, working capital and hedging solutions based on their needs and priorities
Effectively coordinate Requests For Proposals and cross sell across various product and Relationship Management teams across geographies and regions
Liaise with various internal stakeholders to deliver customized solutions and ensure a smooth implementation and client satisfaction
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and perform to the highest standards, combining client relationship management with strong risk assessment and management capabilities, ensuring the required credit quality and requisite returns on risk
Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the businessÂ
Degree holder with extensive relevant corporate banking experience Â
Proven ability to lead and work as a team in a culturally diverse environment with internal and external stakeholders both locally and in the region
Track record of ability to develop Trusted Advisor relationship with key decision makers to proactively develop and originate client solutions
Strong understanding of a wide suite of products with experience in regional cash management, working capital and hedging solutions and term lending
In depth understanding of risk management and risk mitigationÂ
