Minot State University Athletics is seeking a self-motivated, highly energetic and goal oriented individual to proactively develop a highly connected and energized game environment, grow revenue within our ticketed sports programs, while increasing attendance. The position is responsible for devising and executing strategies to drive ticket sales, incremental revenue, attendance, and a next-level game environment.
The Assistant Director of Athletics for Revenue & Fan Development will report to the Director of Athletics.
2 years or more sales experience; to include, but not limited to, tickets, sponsorships, signage, digital, e-commerce, etc.
Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple demands efficiently, successfully work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities
Night and weekend availability.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
