Upper Iowa University invites applications for a Graduate Assistant Coach in Women’s Cross Country/Track & Field. This is a 10-month non-benefit position. Compensation includes a stipend, tuition assistance, campus housing based on availability, and meal plan options.
The Graduate Assistant Cross Country/Track & Field Coach at Upper Iowa University reports directly to the Head Coach and is responsible for assisting in the planning, directing, and evaluating all aspects and facets of a successful Women’s Cross Country/Track & Field program at the NCAA Division II level.

Applicants must be admitted into a graduate program at Upper Iowa University and maintain a Grade Point Average of 3.0. Applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree. The applicant should have experience working with a men’s/women’s organized cross country/track & field program (collegiate, AAU, high school, etc.) Must have an understanding of NCAA rules and regulations.
