Manage online selling marketplace stores
Process purchase orders from online customers into sales orders
Create detailed selling reports
Communicate with existing online customers
Provide product information to customer inquiries via phone and/or email
Accept inbound sales and inquiry calls and emails
Provide sales input and customer service to best fit customer requirements
Resolve customer issues, complaints, or return requests
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Experience with PC, proficiency with MS Office Suite Automotive experience (recommended)
