HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.
We are currently seeking a high calibreÂ professional to join our team as a Manager Wealth Sales Process Management.
Identify and propose process streamlining initiatives with objectives of making things simpler, better and faster from branch perspective
Contribute to the implementation of all wealth sales platform and process re-engineering, cross border wealth services initiatives and streamlining initiatives
Embed new regulatory requirements are well embedded into I & I sales processes with minimum impact to branch sales activity and customer experience
Monitor trends, analyze and escalate wealth risk issues to appropriate functional teams for mitigations and senior management as required
Review customersâ€™ feedback including complaint allegations to design appropriate branch processes to mitigate issues and uplift customer experienceÂ Â
Bachelor Degree with solid experience in customer experience/ banking industryÂ
Knowledge in Retail Banking products and experience are preferred
Proven ability to assist and support complex projects and deliver results with multiple deadlines
Experience in implementing chance or improvements in cross functional projects
Good analysis and problem solving capabilities applied with demonstrable impact in projects
A creative thinker who has a strong desire to challenge existing work practices and effect positive change to enable the bank to meet its strategic aims
Great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalÂ
Good PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
