The duties and responsibilities of this position are functionally based within the ticket office but require collaboration across multiple units within the athletics department. This position is responsible for assisting in revenue generation efforts and will focus on using data to do so. Responsibilities include developing and assisting with reporting on performance metrics, analyzing data to help project sales, revenue, and other key metrics, and serving as a project manager in the ticket sales area.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide data and analysis on complex problems related to athletic measurement and performance Access, migrate, and store data from a variety of data sources operated by the ticket office, including ticket sales platform, email and survey tools Assist with driving project timelines and expectations for key stakeholders Build and maintain reports and dashboard to measure, monitor and analyze ticket sales, reporting, and timeline decisions Assist with Pricing Analytics, Revenue Forecasting, Competitions and Replacements analysis in the market, and related projects Be the business analytics owner and project manager in the Ticket Sales area Perform all steps required to create analysis-ready data sets, including integration, migration, cleaning, and quality control Develop and maintain reports and data visualizations using desktop analytics tools still yet to be determined Work closely with others to support sales efforts Other duties as assigned
A bachelor’s degree is necessary.
A minimum of two years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is necessary.
Previous experience in higher education is preferred.
