Graduate Assistant - Athletic Events Manager
Position Description: This position’s primary role will be coordinating staffing and operations of all home intercollegiate athletic events. The position will have a secondary role of assisting in the athletic communications office and will help with several department special events throughout the year. This is a part-time, 20-hour per week from approximately September through May.
Responsibilities: This person will report to the Director of Athletics Communications and Events and take a primary role in the following duties and responsibilities. 1.Coordinate set up, take down and supervision of all intercollegiate events. 2.Schedule all event management staff including student workers. 3.Help plan training sessions for all event staff to fulfill various event
