Athletics Administrative Assistant
Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Director in daily functions and running the Department of Athletics, Physical Education, and Recreations. Duties include calendar maintenance, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, assisting in managing the departmental budget, purchasing activities, and event coordination.
Essential Responsibilities: Provide information and updates to the Stevens community and respond to questions promptly. Oversee all student employment activity in Athletics, working with the Office of Student Employment to create job postings and onboarding the successful candidates.
