Sales Support, Licensing Analysts are responsible for performing the following:
Reviewing agent contracting documents to build agent records.
Appoint agents in varying states and verifying licensing information on the vendor application.
Review training requirements on vendor application to determine if agent is compliant with state regulations.
Conducting research with internal & external parties and respond to Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), BGAs and FP phone and email inquiries relating to licensing inquiries.
Using licensing and other operational systems to extract information, initiate actions and accomplish objectives.
Responding to routine inquiries and requests with clarity and a focused determination to research and answer more complex issues.
Handling phone calls within a timely manner.
Skills required to ensure your success include:
Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience. Cross-functional Collaboration: Knowledge of collaborative techniques and approaches; ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement and working together across functions to solve business problems and meet business goals. Insurance Policies Management: Knowledge of issues, components, content and operations related to insurance policies; ability to create, revise, implement and manage the policies. Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way. Relationship Building: Knowledge of the importance of creating positive relationships within the team and ability to develop trusting relationships by valuing others' concerns and contributions. Telephone-Based Customer Servicing: Knowledge of customer service delivered via telephone; ability to deal with handling customer inquiries and responses received by telephone. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience.
Experience with Microsoft Suite.
Demonstrated math and writing experience.
Life insurance experience preferred.
