The Regional USA Sales position is primarily responsible for all Lease Financing transactions in assigned states to self-developed or referred commercial and municipal entities. This position is responsible for all sales generation, development of prospect contacts, negotiations and closing of lease/equipment financing products. As a direct sales person, travel within the assigned region is expected to create onsite visits on a weekly/monthly basis supporting existing clients and developing new opportunities. This position reports to the President and will co-develop marketing and sales strategies tailored to the specified region. The successful candidate is expected to be self-directed and will operate independently within the defined sales territory coordinating frequently with the President and other WC Leasing colleagues.
Skills and Industry Knowledge Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in written communications, with a broad range of people, at client locations and internally, with all staff levels is required.
Demonstrated superior customer service experience is required.
Experience in and fluent with equipment leasing/finance transactions, terminology and applications.
Working knowledge and familiarity with varied online systems for leasing/financing, billing, invoicing, and quotations; fundamental PC, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software; and written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of industrial equipment industry.
Common business practices relating to the purchase, transport, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for industrial equipment products and services.
Existing client relationships in the Vacuum Truck/Trailer and Industrial Equipment Industries is a significant plus.
Self-directed, confident individual willing to work with limited or no supervision and direction to develop new markets for the company.
