Lightyear Health is looking for a Growth Marketer who is focused on driving business outcomes by attracting more leads and driving customer engagement. Everyone deserves access to the care Lightyear Health has to offer, and you’ll work daily to find creative, effective ways to amplify our story.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Drive execution of growth marketing initiatives and campaigns
Develop creative and scalable campaigns that target conversion at each stage of the funnel
Become a brand expert and own pieces of how that brand is experienced in market
Leverage expertise in digital marketing and events to create growth hacking strategies
Own campaign reporting and partner with larger team to make data-driven decisions that optimize growth marketing efforts across all segments
We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:
Comprehensive understanding of marketing concepts and metrics related to email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
Significant exposure to the management of events and webinars, whether independently or as part of a team
Proven track record of managing projects through completion on time
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
Anticipated Salary Range
We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $90,000 and $110,000 USD annually. All team members also receive a stock option grant. The exact salary will depend on (1) how many years of relevant and transferable experience the candidate brings to the role and (2) the internal level at which the candidate is hired in relation to our career development framework.
