The Partnership & Digital Sales Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for leading the formulation and implementation of long and short-term strategic plans and objectives to increase market share/penetration and maximize opportunities for growth throughout the marketplace for High Net Worth. He/She is responsible to identify market opportunities through new partnerships or internally within Citi, and provide leads or prospects to frontline for cross-sell. Employees in this role is expected to oversee the end-to-end process flow from prospect identification, partnership identification internally and externally, and to oversee and ensure best client experience while being in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Assist leadership in identifying marketing opportunities internally and externally
Partner with internal business and control teams to formulate robust process in handling and engaging leads inclusive of system enhancements
Ensure framework established with full regulatory compliance, and periodic review (including visits) to detect activities and conditions that are inconsistent with sound management, policies, procedures, and/or values
Performance driven, and view of results for continuous improvememts (inclusive of creation of systematic tracking of acquisition funnel and qualitative feedback)
Obtain internal approvals (where necessary) and ensure satisfactory rating and audit review
5-8 years of relevant experience required
Experience in Management within Banking and/or Financial Services preferred
Experience in Acquisition, technology/process handling preferred
Working knowledge of banking regulations, company policies, and compliance
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) & English
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
