Responsibilities: Undertake the business target of the centre, responsible for all sales management tasks and ensure the achievement of various business targets Communicate with the business team and relevant units (such as branches) proactively, so as to establish long-term favorable customer relationships and explore cross-selling opportunities Execute bank sales and marketing strategies, help monitor the implementation and sales progress, and ensure sales targets are achieved; assist in formulating sales development strategies to achieve business development goals Deliver sales and sales management training to colleagues to accumulate relevant experience and improve sales skillset of sales staff to enhance productivity
