The University of Alabama is accepting applications from qualified individuals for the position of Assistant Director, Graphic Design. The Assistant Director, Graphic Design will be responsible for assisting the Director to strengthen and sustain a positive image for the Athletic Department through the design and implementation of creative elements on multiple platforms.
This position as the sport creative director and will be responsible for creating a variety of graphic design/creative elements for recruiting, social media and marketing for the primary sports of Men’s basketball, softball and soccer. This position will work with other departments to oversee creative shoots, look and feel and overall message/design of each program.

Minimum requirements include: Bachelor's degree or higher and one (1) year of graphic design, communications or marketing experience. Working knowledge of the following software programs: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design, Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom and other photography software. Must demonstrate a strong sense of creativity and eye for design. Must possess the ability to balance multiple projects and multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications include: Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, marketing, or graphic design. Experience in Athletic Department video operations preferred. 3D design software knowledge is beneficial.
