Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Director of Compliance and Operations is responsible for assisting with game set-up and operations, administering rules interpretations, reviewing compliance forms, processing NCAA waivers, investigating alleged violations of NCAA regulations, and reporting any instances of NCAA rule violations. Additional compliance duties include entering and maintaining information in NCAA compliance assistant, NCAA reporting, assisting in developing new and making recommendations regarding current policies and procedures, assisting in the areas of operation such as personnel, amateurism, providing rules education and interpretations, and monitoring eligibility, recruiting, CARA, awards and benefits, playing and practice season, and NIL.
The successful candidate will participate on various college, conference, and national committees, and/or other special assignments as necessary.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years experience in intercollegiate athletics administration is required.
Demonstrated, successful experience in NCAA compliance and gameday management, especially at the NCAA Division II level is preferred.
