The Assistant Athletic Director for Academic Services will assist the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Academic Services with the day to day operations of the Student Athlete Academic Support area, as well as oversee the academic support for the football program. Also responsible for academic advisement, initial & continuing eligibility, NCAA reporting, academic support and counseling while keeping in compliance with NCAA and WAC conference rules. Serves as a Campus Security Authority (CSA). Work hours: Mon-Fri; 8 AM-5 PM or as work requirements indicate; may require evening and weekend work hours and overnight travel. Reports to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Academic Services/S.W.A.

Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum five years of experience in athletic administration.
Extensive knowledge of NCAA rules. Strong organizational skills, an appreciation and attention to details. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
