The Associate Athletics Director, Compliance & Enrollment Services will report directly to the Deputy AD. Primary responsibilities of the position include: oversight of the creation and implementation of all department NCAA compliance policies and procedures; responsible for monitoring and enforcing all NCAA and Conference rules and bylaws; primary liaison to campus enrollment service areas (Admissions, Financial Aid, Housing, Registrar); oversight of all enrollment service policies and procedures within the Athletics Department; shared oversight of department scholarship budget; manage all camps and clinics requests; supervision of one full-time compliance staff member (Assistant Director, Compliance) and supervision of at least one sports program.
Bachelor's degree: 4-8 years of experience with NCAA compliance and enrollment service operations at an NCAA Division 1 experience required; Demonstrates appropriate knowledge and understanding of and follows all applicable NCAA, conference and University rules and regulations; Master's degree or J.D. preferred.
