Your field of responsibility
As an Associate, you will work and travel alongside some of the industry's top bankers and have exposure to senior people at a diverse set of companies. Responsibilities include following an industry to learn the key drivers and trends that influence companies' decisions, helping management teams craft the storyline to position their companies for sale, and building sophisticated models that help companies understand how they are valued by the market. Associates will have the opportunity to build a network of colleagues both inside Credit Suisse and outside that will strengthen your career throughout your professional life. Working and traveling alongside senior bankers, you will pitch new insights to companies and develop innovative solutions for clients.

Associates in Capital Markets & Advisory work on a broad array of domestic and international transactions. Our bankers execute mergers and acquisitions, raise capital for clients, guide companies through financial restructuring, discuss strategic alternatives geared towards results-oriented growth, and provide other advisory services.
Applicants must be enrolled in an MBA, JD, or equivalent graduate program with at least three years of prior work experience and graduate by December 2021 or by May/June 2022. NOTE: Your graduate program and anticipated graduation date should be included in your application as Education (Row 1), your Highest Level of Education.
