Description Our Junior Transaction Manager is an important member of our team. You will collaborate with external counsel and internal Group Legal and/or Compliance as needed, working with client services, business support and operations to ensure accurate on boarding of transactions. For onboarded clients, you will continue to lend support to the client service teams that perform various roles including facility agent, collateral agent, security trustee, paying agent, under syndicated loan facilities and project & export finance transactions. You will manage client waiver or amendment requests with syndicate lenders; attend bank meetings and client presentations. You will also manage on-going non-operational aspects of these facilities.
