Employee Relations Manager - Global Markets
Job Description: The Global Markets Employee Relations Manager (ERM) is responsible for assessing and mitigating employment risks for the businesses across Global Markets. Our Global Markets division serves mid- to large-sized corporations and institutional clients worldwide. The ERM partners closely with HR generalists, FLU leaders and other key stakeholders to: Personally investigate and manage high risk and highly sensitive cases relating to allegations of harassment, discrimination, complaints about manager(s) and/or work environment, and Code of Conduct violations Partner with Internal Enterprise Investigations (IEI), Legal, Audit, Compliance, and Global Information Security on investigations and management of cas
