Based in Singapore, the individual will be joining the GSAM's South and Southeast Asia Client Business Team with a focus on broadening and deepening relationships in the Private Banking and Retail Banking client channels in Southeast Asia.
Candidate is required to help grow and develop the GSAM's Southeast Asia client franchise, with a focus on broadening and deepening relationships in the Private Banking and Retail Banking client channels in Southeast Asia.
Work closely with the senior Sales Leaders to expand and deepen existing and new client relationships.
Business engagement with product gatekeepers, IC and RMs of our existing and prospective clients in Southeast Asia, with the primary focus on Singapore and Thailand.
Possess minimum 5-7 years of sales and/or sales support experience in servicing the private banking and retail banking businesses in Singapore or Asia broadly.
Has good product knowledge with strong technical background
Possess strong interpersonal skills and maturity in handling clients' relationship
Genuine commitment to generating and closing sales opportunities
Strong sales personality, high energy level, resilient temperament, outgoing, resourceful and possesses intellectual curiosity
Strong presentation and communication skills
Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
Collaborative and collegiate team player
CFA preferred but not mandatory
