Equitable is seeking an Advisor Point of Sale Specialist/Wholesaler for the newly launched Assemblis Group. The Assemblis Group is a concierge direct support relationship with high end life insurance producers as well as alternative distribution channels. The desired candidate will be a seasoned sales executive capable of managing complex sales and case design situations. They will also be responsible for providing direct sales support for the Regional Wealth Consultants (RWC's) to assist them in qualifying, proposing and closing cases at the point of sale with the Assemblis Group Member advisors. Able to act as player-coach and achieved assigned sales goals with minimal sales management. The candidate should possess strong sales support skills at the point of sale virtually and in some cases in person. The candidate should be well versed in advanced sales strategies of all kinds but particularly in the business planning and executive benefit space. The candidate should possess high quality presentation skills with high net worth/high income clients and be comfortable with complex executive benefit strategies of all types. Viewed as seasoned sales executive capable of managing complex sales situations independently.
Responsibilities: Responsible for driving sales on cases the RWC's identify by acting as a player-coach to ensure potential sales opportunities are successfully closed Own the sales results of their assigned territories through successful identification of client needs, product promotion, and solution design Working collaboratively with the RWC's to deliver the Assemblis Group and Equitable value proposition and recruit the very best and brightest financial advisors to be part of the platform Prepare and propose high value proposals generated from CES to deliver to the advisor and end client. Liaison with CES to track progress on cases and relationships Problem solve the process to identify inefficiencies in our process and client/FA experience Strategize with the Head of Assemblis Group on BD account launch, development, and expansion. Manage case inventory weekly and create sales tracking of active cases. Liaison with CES relationship on all active case designs and implementations.
Minimum Qualifications: - 10+ Years experience experience in supporting executive benefit sales and COLI product sales - Experience working point of sale with high income and net worth clients - FINRA Series 6, 63 and Life and Health licenses
Preferred Qualifications: - CLU and other credentials are valued - Ability to deliver compelling presentations in large groups or one on one - PPT & Excel skills
