PRIMARY ROLE •Serve as the primary ticket operations manager for Football and other unique high-profile events (concerts, etc): responsibilities include, but are not limited to: all back-end and online (evenue) Paciolan system builds and maintenance, as well as allocations for all events; manage and oversee all football player guest, recruit and coaching staff ticket operations; serve as a liaison to the Army A Club to assist with all needs related to donor ticketing and parking •Serve as the primary manager of all online (evenue) ticket platform operations; train and monitor other ticketed sport managers to ensure efficient online sales and operations are being conducted for their ticketed sports •Serve as the primary manager of all ticket scanning operations, ensuring efficient scanning operations are being conducted at all ticketed athletic events; train and monitor other ticketed sport managers to ensure efficient scanning operations are conducted at their events •Serve as the primary year-round back-end and online (eBay & evenue) operations manager for Army West Point Authentic, the department’s memorabilia revenue unit •Serve as a key team member for all pricing and planning initiatives related to all ticketed events •Provide an exceptional level of customer service to ensure repeat business

LEVEL OF DECISION MAKING This is an operations position. This position will continuously engage in daily operational efforts. All decisions will be made based on mission requirements, will align with both the AWPAA and USMA missions, will be in the best interest of the athletic department, and will adhere to all applicable rules and regulations. The Associate Director, Ticket Operations position will play an integral role in the success of AWPAA, the Ticketing Unit, and External Operations.
SCOPE OF IMPACT Job Complexity: The employee must work with Ticket, Marketing, A Club and External Operations Leaders. Scope of Influence: The employee has daily interaction with a variety of West Point stakeholders, and serves AWPAA External Operations and the wider Army fanbase and community.
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum education: the minimum education required to perform the above primary role of this position: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum experience: The minimum education required to perform the above primary role of this position: At least two years of applicable and relevant work experience.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: specific knowledge, skills, abilities, and special licenses needed to effectively perform in the position (software, professional certifications, drivers' license, languages, etc.). • Paciolan (preferred), Salesforce CRM (preferred), MS Office 365 • Demonstrate good judgment and the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced work environment • Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. • Team-First Approach & Strong Work Ethic • Ability to Build and Maintain Relationships • Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Perform duties in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that may require medium lifting at time. Exposure to weather elements during outdoor events. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
