This role responsible for engaging new to bank and existing clients with Citi's Retail Bank proposition. It involves building awareness of Citi's product offerings and coordinating available offers and assets to drive growth for the Retail through online and offline channels.
Lead creative concept development for Retail Marketing campaigns and coordinate execution through multiple channels. Develop and manage implementation of innovative, thematic campaigns e.g. stimulus campaigns and campaigns to build brand awareness, preference and deliver account targets
Develop product positioning campaigns to build awareness and drive take-up amongst existing customers
Work with the Product teams to promote new feature enhancements for existing products and drive take-up
Manage end-to-end campaign execution requirements including Activity Briefs, Comms Approvals, agency and design briefs, DM data briefs, creative development and channel execution. Channels include Salesforce Marketing Cloud (eDM, SMS, Cloud-based landing pages), Direct Mail, eCRM and RM dashboard uploads, the website and mobile app, paid media and other touchpoints as they become available
Champion the end to end customer experience for defined products plus the 'One-Citi' view of customers and campaigns across the franchise
Provide marketing and collateral support where required for Wealth Management Centres e.g. communications, invitations, app form updates
Work with Sales & Distribution, Sky Banking Team, CitiPhone and Digital Banking to ensure Customer Value Proposition and service standards are delivered by supporting the Personal Bankers and Relationship Managers to drive portfolio efficiencies, customer experience via Net Promoter Score and PFDR
Work with Sales & Distribution team, Corporate Affairs and the Digital Sales and Marketing teams to develop high-end events and engagement calendar that creates opportunities for the frontline to convert prospects and drive higher engagement with their existing clients. Provide communications and activities to promote event registrations, attendance and follow-ups
Monitor Net Promoter Score and suggest improvements to segment customer experience
Monitor market and consumer trends as well as competitors activities and identify initiatives to achieve competitive advantage
Prudently manage the budget, including optimisation, accruals and invoicing, to ensure targets and return on investment metrics are exceeded
Monitor and socialise key campaign metrics by preparing detailed post implementation reviews. Use these learnings to inform future campaign/channel strategies
Manage compliance communication updates and product updates as required by product or compliance
2-5 years of relevant experience
Tertiary qualified in marketing or related discipline
Sales Force Marketing Cloud or similar email management platform
Strong, written and verbal communication skills & competency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint
Strong data management knowledge of segmentation/ extraction/customer targeting and techniques
Strong numerical and financial capability
Ability to plan, prioritise and co-ordinate multiple campaigns and initiatives to effectively deliver high-quality, sustainable results

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Citi has entered into an agreement with NAB to acquire its consumer bank in Australia which includes residential mortgages, deposits, and unsecured lending.
The sale is expected to complete in March 2022. As this is a role to work in Citi's consumer bank, the successful candidate will initially be employed by Citi, but on sale completion, their employment will transfer to a NAB (or) a new entity that will employ Citi's consumer bank employees, prior to their transfer to NAB.
