Summary: The Director of Volleyball Operations assists the Head Coach in the administration of all aspects of the Volleyball program, including coordinating team travel and meals, managing the budget and equipment, community outreach, practice scheduling, compiling practice and competition statistics, and compliance with NCAA, Conference and University regulations. Reporting to Head Volleyball Coach, the Director of Volleyball Operations works to further VCU Athletics' mission to win conference and national championships, provide a first-class student-athlete experience, serve as a source of pride for the University and community, and cultivate graduates who excel as leaders.
