Business Function Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs. In Cash & Trade, you will be part of the product management team that provides seamless and cost-effective solutions to customers. Whether it is through conducting market research, or by enhancing a product or system's features to meet customers' needs, you will have every opportunity to shape the business. You will also be exposed to a myriad of Trade and Cash Management products through various marketing campaigns and joint visits with our relationship managers. Responsibilities
Develop and drive securities services sales activity ideation through cold calls, engagement with Relationship Managers and industry events;
New client and business acquisitions for the business
Active engagement with key relationship management group to drive account plans and identify incremental business opportunity;
Drive price reviews, where relevant;
Engage with Operations / Relationship Managers / Product Specialists on issues escalation and ensure prompt resolution;
Assist clients with requests for new account opening/service improvements;
Collaborate with SFS product specialists, Operations/Solutions Delivery or other relevant party for evaluation and follow-up on implementation, where applicable;
Assist in engaging support units including Legal/Compliance, Risks and Audit for regulatory and compliance issues;
Identify and cross sell banking services where opportunities arise;
Practice top notch risk management and adhere to bank's compliance guidelines.
Key Performance Indicators

Ability to work under pressure and think out of the box;
Active engagement with key internal stakeholders;
Keep up to date on market development and evolvement in the securities services industry;
Understand the bank's risk management culture and ensure zero compliance error;
Deliver on new client and business acquisitions targets
Meet budgeted AUC and revenue growth for his/her portfolio;
At least 3 years of working experience with relevant securities services experience;
Client centric mindset with a proven track record in sales.
Understanding of client buying behavior and experience in handling institutional investors and financial institutions.
