As a primary function, this position will serve as one of the team directors who collectively oversee AMA’s Division I academic team and will direct collaborative efforts related to student-athlete engagement and the development of the NCAA student-athlete experience. The position will require supervision of AMA staff members, participation on AMA's management team and fulfill other duties as assigned. In addition, this director may, along with one or more other AMA directors, have oversight responsibilities of additional AMA functions. Any additional areas of oversight will depend on AMA needs and priorities and on the skills and interests of the selected candidate. The successful candidate must be highly skilled in effectively serving within a collaborative culture.
