The Sales Center of Excellence (COE) supports Deloitte's businesses in uncovering, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities.
Collaborate with Financial Service Industry leaders and solution portfolio owners, focus their highly skilled efforts while you secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process.
Work you will do
The SE is a team player who is passionate about learning and working with software solutions, has strong communication and analytical skills, is detailed driven and collaborates well with team members. The SE is a qualified sales leader who will have an opportunity to help expand our market presence through our Regional Bank Initiative (RBI). The ideal sales executive has knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. The SE will also have experience in the financial services industry along with strong negotiating, communication, and presentation skills. You will oversee organizational sales by advancing the RBI strategy with an understanding of the needs of the regional mid-size banking market, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.
You will also:
Manage a region and list of regional banking clients
Assist in developing and expanding the Deloitte's regional banking market
Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product and service offerings
Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships within the assigned banking region
Achieve sales objectives through effective planning, meeting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
10+ years of successful track record of sales, selling solutions
Pipeline management experience
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral skills
Ability to work as a team player
Strong presentation and communication skills
An ability to gain access and influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations
Experience crafting and executing strategic and tactical plans to close large revenue projects
Travel up to 50%
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
