RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will lead the department’s marketing and fan engagement strategies, in-game productions and special events, executes promotional and advertising campaigns, assists with sponsorship activation, and supports revenue generating initiatives for the athletics department.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Advertising, Business, Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Sports Management, or other related degree is required along with at least one year of experience in marketing, promotions, sales or tickets sales in collegiate, professional or minor league field. The successful candidate must have strong technical, organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills and be a team player. Creativity is required as well as the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Candidates must have the ability to work with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, SnapChat, TikTok, HTML, and Adobe Creative Suite.
