The Senior Director of Football Visual Media oversees the football creative team and serves as the department lead. This position will also lead creative concepts for the Baylor Football program including developing strategy, messaging, and creative vision for the program and social media accounts. Additionally, this position is responsible for the planning and implementation of all creative content. The Senior Director works closely with the football staff and in collaboration with other departments and all-sport creative to ensure the Baylor brand is consistent across all mediums and social platforms.
A Bachelor's degree, one year relevant experience, and an active Christian faith are required. Three years relevant work experience are preferred. Experience will no be accepted in lieu of the educational requirement. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Creative Direction: Assist in the direction of clear ideas and concepts in coordination with members of the football and all-sport creative teams. Ensure the direction of cohesive, brand-compliant initiatives that appeal to the target audience. Develop and lead a content strategy plan for social media platforms.
Content Generation:Help generate and execute creative content for football with static and motion graphics, photography and video assets for distribution on varying mediums and social platforms.
Communication: Maintain communication with student workforce, coaches and administration relative to creative content.
Compliance: Maintain working knowledge of and adherence to all NCAA, Big 12 Conference, and institution rules and regulations and communicate immediately any possible infractions of such rules and regulations to the Athletics Compliance staff.
