Duties and Responsibilities: -Plan, execute and evaluate Athletic Department events including: National Girls and Women in Sports Day (NGWSD), President’s Cup Golf Tournament, WUSPYs (Athletic Recognition Event) and Hall of Fame induction plus NCAA/SAC hosting opportunities. -Develop programs and workshops to support academic success for student-athletes. -Serve as a liaison to other campus partners for academic support. -Meet with student-athletes referred for additional academic or personal support. -Enhance department communication for academic reports/graders. -Assist with planning, executing and evaluating alumni, donor, sponsor and partner events -Lead the development and promotion of new “W Club” arm of the Bulldog Club for former letter winners. -Contribute to all student-athlete enhancement programs.

Bachelor’s degree required
-Demonstrable success achieving goals within an inclusive team setting
-Belief in the Division II model and centering student-athlete experience on earning a degree
with balance
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Proven experience in organizational communications
-Experience leveraging technology and social media for event engagement
-Work or volunteer experience within an intercollegiate athletic department required
-Possess a passion for engaging diverse, first-generation students
