Saint Francis University, a Division I member of the Northeast Conference invites applications for a full time Director of Operations, Women’s Basketball. The Director of Operations is responsible to the Head Coach to assist with all operational aspects of a Division I women’s basketball program including but not limited to travel planning, recruiting coordination, practice organization, camp organization and other duties as assigned. Candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the NEC, and the NCAA.

Bachelor’s degree required. Intercollegiate experience preferred.  Excellent oral and written communication skills a plus.
