Wittenberg University is searching for Graduate Assistants (GAs) and part-time staff for the following athletic programs and areas:

• Director of Football Operations (part-time administrative)
• Football (graduate assistant coach)
• Men's and Women's Golf (graduate assistant coach)
• Men’s and Women's Swimming & Diving (graduate assistant coach)
• Men’s and Women’s Tennis (graduate assistant coach)
• Men's Volleyball (graduate assistant coach)
• Women’s Lacrosse (graduate assistant coach)

All positions begin in the 2022 fall semester (8/1/22). The university offers a Master's in Athletic Coaching program that focuses on all aspects of coaching and leadership. The GA coaching position and enrollment in the master's program will afford the successful candidate the ability to directly apply knowledge learned in the classroom to the athletes they coach.

The Graduate Assistant (GA) coaches will assist head coaches in leading all aspects of an NCAA Division III athletic program. The Graduate Assistants for athletic administration areas assist with operations for the university's 25-sport, NCAA Division III varsity programs.

For all positions, we require that candidates have a bachelor's degree and relevant experience outlined for each position. For GA positions, we require acceptance into Wittenberg's Master's in Athletic Coaching program.  Candidates must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to effectively and appropriately interact with student-athletes, parents, alumni, faculty, peers, community members, and administrators.
