Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the work of the SCS marketing team, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Publishing and maintaining digital content through the use of a content management systems (CMS)
• Building one-of and automated email campaigns (set-up, execution, reporting, and optimization)
• Performing quality assurance testing and troubleshooting for web development projects
• Leading event campaign set-up, testing, and vendor coordination
• Creating ad-hoc web traffic and campaign reports using Google Analytics
• Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) standards for web content
• Maintaining ADA standards for web and digital content
• Supporting digital components of other paid media efforts (campaign codes, tracking pixels, ad testing, and approvals)
• Closely submitting, tracking, and maintaining timelines for digital marketing initiatives through project management system (Asana)
• Proactively improving internal processes to increase accuracy and efficiencies

Work Interactions

• Works with the Senior Director of Digital Marketing to publish content optimizations
• Works with the Director of Program Marketing on recruitment event set-up and testing
• Works with the Marketing on ad hoc emails and content updates for programs
• Works with the Front-end Developer to perform quality control and troubleshooting of new features, and to review website content updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Digital marketing coursework or internship experience
• Strong written and verbal communications skills

Preferred qualifications

• Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple deadlines
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment and juggle multiple projects
• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Google Suite
• Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS, and project management software
• Knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimization

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days on campus, 3 days telework). Please note that work mode designations are regularly reviewed in order to meet the evolving needs of the University.
