General Summary: Provides leadership over the Broncos Empowered Program which will serve as the official Student-Athlete, Staff, Coach and Community Development department within athletics. This position works collaboratively with coaches, support staff, alumni and the Western Michigan community to develop and execute a program focused on student-athlete holistic development, community engagement and professional development of staff and coaches. This position will also be responsible to supervise and manage the NIL program for student-athletes. It also supervises various sports as directed by the Director of Athletics.
