Essential Duties & Responsibilities The Director of Women’s Basketball Operations directs day-to-day operations for the women’s basketball program including, but not limited to: overseeing all administrative aspects of the program arranging all team travel and team meals coordinate practice calendar and serve as scheduling liaison to volleyball and men’s basketball oversee team managers and graduate assistant coordinate all filming of practice and games download all video for scouting of opponents order all team equipment, handling Nike orders Coordinate community service opportunities liaison to marketing and strategic communications liaison to women’s basketball alumni.
