Business Operations Manager-Ticket Operations
The Business Operations Manager has responsibility to administer and manage all financial aspects of ticket office operations. Serve as primary liaison to Department of Athletics Business Office. Provide administrative expertise for ensuring the financial program operations of the Ticket Office are executed in compliance with the policies, procedures and core competencies of the Athletic Department. Utilizes Paciolan ticketing software to prepare and analyze sales audits & reports and settle all financials. Must communicate effectively (oral and written) with many groups in order to verify payment for tickets and all internal invoices. Assist with accounting of each item of inventory distributed.
