Position Summary The Home Builders Association of Greater Austin (HBAGA) seeks a creative, organized, self-motivated individual who has demonstrated excellence in public-facing communications, written materials, and program marketing.  The Director of Communications & Marketing will work cross-departmentally to enhance current and develop new marketing and communications systems to expand the impact and visibility of the organization with its members and the general business community.  This includes integrating a broad range of marketing, communications, and publications through multiple channels with an emphasis on producing a digital media strategy and integrating an online member community.
