The University of Arizona’s Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Major Gift Support Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a team of major gift fundraisers, providing strategic and effective donor service, and utilizing multiple CRM databases to bolster fundraising efforts. This is a managerial administrative position that is suited for someone who is organized, outgoing, and able to strategize their goals. The prospective employee should demonstrate a technical proficiency in areas including database management and Microsoft Excel, strong speaking skills, the ability to empathize, and capability to communicate efficiently and effectively.

Major-Gift Staff Support for entire development team (data entry and portfolio management). Donor Support for entire development team (contact reports and account summaries). Game day Football and Men’s Basketball Donor Stewardship. Utilize various software programs including Paciolan, Blackbaud CRM SalesForce, and DOMO. Report Generation for Senior Development Officers. Liaison with University of Arizona Foundation colleagues in areas including prospect management, prospect research, and central gifts. Responsible for updating Facility Donor Recognition. Donor/Prospective Donor Research. Responsible for greeting Wildcat Club members/guests in front office and directing them to their desired location. Other Duties as Assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• One year experience in College Athletics
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
