The Assistant Director of Ticket and Business Operations is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day financial operation of the ticket office. Primary sports supervisor for Soccer, WBB and SB and responsible for hiring, scheduling, and supervision of all student and gameday workers.

The Assistant Director of Ticket and Computer Operations is responsible for all aspects of the Paciolian ticketing system including maintenance, support, and troubleshooting. The position is also responsible for updating ticketing software and training of all staff on software updates, digital ticketing, access management and website functionality. This position will be the liaison to the KU Sales team.

Required Qualifications for BOTH Positions:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university;
• Minimum of two years of college athletics ticket office experience;
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the Paciolian Ticketing System;
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and experience in working with the public;
• Basic office equipment and computer skills;
• Must be available and willing to work during regular business office hours and required to work athletic events as assigned;
• Travel with Athletic teams as directed by the Associate AD of Ticket Operations;
• Ability to work an irregular schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
