Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of previous life skills management, leadership and/or mentoring experience required. Applicant should be knowledgeable about the needs of student-athletes to succeed in a highly academic environment.

 

Preferences:  Master’s degree in education, counseling or related field is preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of previous life skills management, leadership and/or mentoring experience preferably with student-athlete development. Knowledge of NCAA and Big Ten Conference eligibility rules is preferred. Preference given to candidates familiar with the collegiate football environment.
