Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Athletics, the Senior Associate Athletics Director will provide strategic leadership and be responsible for oversight and employee supervision of the department's internal units: compliance, student-athlete health & wellness, student-athlete development, and liaison to academics. This position will develop and execute strategies to reinforce an environment for a nationally competitive and respected athletics program. A member of the leadership team, this position will provide day-to-day management of a complex collegiate athletic department ensuring annual operational objectives are met. Supervision of a select portfolio of sport programs will be expected.

Education and Experience
Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years of progressive advanced professional experience in athletic management with at least five years of executive-level experience in a comprehensive university or other large and complex organization. CA Driver License is required.
